CREATIVE BRIEF: Design a collection of merch items for Strength To Stand's summer camp that is held in Panama City Beach, FL. The items need to feel appropriate for the summer Florida heat as well as appealing to students and youth leaders.
Strength to Stand does have a lockup with both an icon and name that the team wanted to keep present on the merch. But besides keeping the logo present, they were open to a pretty loose interpretation.
I ultimately landed on a rough color palette of bright tropical hues complimented by a lighter and slightly desaturated version of themselves.
The team had requested the following items:
+ Hoodie
+ Crewneck
+ (2) Short Sleeve T-Shirts
+ (4) Bandanas
+ Trucker Hat
+ Beach Towel
After working back and forth with the team and developing a few different concepts, we landed on the following items below. I believe they merge a unique combination of summer camp nostalgia in a beach setting, which was such a fun and challenging project to be a part of!
